Returning to School

We know that returning to school may seem strange for children and that there may be anxieties and worries around this for both children and parents/carers. We want to ease these concerns by sharing with you all the information you need about your child’s return to school.

We have made some changes in order to adhere to government guidance and in order to keep pupils and staff safe. Please see here for a new ‘Back to School’ story created especially for our children at Beddington Park Primary School. It will show you all the changes that we have made around the school and what a day at school will look like.

Information for Parents

Please see here for a Welcome Back Pack as well as the staggered start and end times. This will also inform you of which entrance each class will use when arriving at school and leaving.

Keeping all the children of Beddington Park Primary School safe is an absolute priority. Due to the nature of this virus it is impossible to give absolute guarantees that it will not arrive into Beddington Park Primary School but we can guarantee that we have and we will do everything we can to minimise the risk to the children, staff and parents/carers of our school.

We understand that this requirement to return to school can cause anxiety. If you or your child is anxious about returning, please contact the school and we will do everything we can to relieve the concerns, which in turn will allow your child to come back to school. Please find below a list of key questions and answers, which we hope will provide clarity and reassurance for how Beddington Park Primary School will work from September.

Please see here for a FAQ document which will hopefully answer any questions that you may have.
